As we grow in Christ and get to know our Heavenly Father better, we desire to share the gospel with others more and more. This was obviously Christ's plan when He issued the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20). Did the disciples experience the lack of interest that we experience as we attempt to bring Christ to others? Was the world then more accepting of Jesus than the world now? Were they braver or wiser than we are? Let's explore this book of the Acts of the apostles together. Perhaps as we discover their motivation we will be as motivated to work toward building God's kingdom.
